Sirloin Tips

Ingredients:

• 1 15oz can of beef broth.
• ¼ Teaspoon of ginger.
• ½ Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
• 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar.
• ½ cup of soy sauce.
• ¼ Teaspoon of garlic powder.
• ½ Tablespoon of lemon juice.
• Pepper.

Steps:

Marinate steak, roll in seasoned flour then fry.

Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

• 32 ounces of frozen hashbrowns or dehydrated hashbrowns.
• 1 cup of shredded cheese.
• 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
• ½ cup of chopped onion.
• 1 pint of sour cream.
• 1 cup of melted butter.
• 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Topping is optional
• 2 cups of crusted cornflakes.
• ¼ cup of melted butter.

Steps:

Mix together and spread on top of potatoes.
Bake for 350° for 45 minutes.

7 Layer Salad

Ingredients:

• Head of lettuce.
• 2 stalks of celery.
• ½ cup of chopped red peppers.
• 2 green onions sliced.
• 1 package of frozen peas thawed.
• ¾ cup of mayonaise.
• ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
• 12 slices of fully cooked bacon.

Steps:

Refrigerate 2-12 hours to blend flavors.

Scotcheroos

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1 cup of light corn syrup.
• 6 cups of Special K cereal.
• 1 6 ounce package of semi sweet chocolate crumbs.
• 1 6 ounce package of butterscotch chips.

Steps:

Put sugar + corn syrup in sauce pan. Stir to combine over medium heat until boil. Remove from heat add peanut butter. Mix well. Add Special K and stir evenly. Press into buttered 13×9 pan. Let cool.

Melt chocolate chips + butterscotch chips over low heat. Spread oven pan mixture, cool the bars, cut the bars.
